I am responsible for building and retaining great teams, ensuring patient safety and creating efficient and effective systems of work whilst always looking to improve. Prior to joining Kaweka Health’s leadership team I was the Associate Clinical Nurse Manager at the Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, where I worked for 18 years.

I am passionate about continuously seeking improvements within the perioperative setting to enhance both patient and staff experiences.
